We provide this Notice at or before the point of collection across sites and apps that reference it.
This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.

Purpose Limitation and New Uses

We will not collect additional categories or use personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without first providing an updated notice at collection.

Sensitive Personal Information — Limit Right

We do not use or disclose SPI for purposes beyond those permitted under California regulations (e.g., authentication and security). Accordingly, the right to “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” does not apply to our current practices. If our practices change, we will provide the required link and options.


Your California Privacy Rights

Subject to legal exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you
  • Delete personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a request at privacy@privue.ai. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity. You may authorise an agent to act on your behalf, subject to verification and proof of authorization.


How We Determine Retention Periods

Where a specific period is not listed above, we determine retention using documented criteria such as:

  1. Legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements
  2. Security, fraud-prevention, and incident-response needs
  3. The nature, scope, and sensitivity of the data
  4. Operational requirements to provide, maintain, and improve the services

Updates to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Notice with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
